All our Products and services are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty for faulty manufacture or workmanship. Where they are deemed to be faulty within the warranty period. The product will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Gibbons Drive Systems. The cost of carriage in returning the products to Gibbons Drive Systems will be to the account of the customer. Gibbons Drive Systems will pay for the return of the Products to the customer.
Every endevour is made to ensure that products supplied are suitable for the customers requirements. We cannot be held liable where products have been supplied as requested by the customer, that subsequently are not suitable for the purpose intended. In such cases no refund will be offered.
